+ Do you have cakes ready?
No, all cakes are bespoke, made to order to your requirements.
+ Do you make fresh cream cakes?
No, I do not make fresh cream cakes. All of my cakes are filled and covered with buttercream or ganache!
+ Do you make novelty cakes?
I do take on a limited number of novelty cakes, however, I do not replicate or copy designs. Instead, I can take inspiration from your requests and design your cake in a style that is true to me.
+ Do you make fondant cakes?
I am skilled at using fondant and use this medium when desings call for fondant.
However, the majority of my cakes are covered in ganache or buttercream.
+ Do you make eggless cakes?
Yes - I can accommodate single-tiered eggless cakes, however I do not make tiered eggless cakes.
+ Allergens / Dietary requirements - Do you make allergy friendly cakes?
Where possible I try to accommodate eggless/ gluten free and nut free cakes. However, please understand that all of our products are made in an environment that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soya, and gluten, so traces will remain.
All of our products are Halal.
+ How much notice do you need?
As much as possible, please! While I can sometimes accommodate a handful of late orders depending on availability, 5-6 days notice is usually required as a minimum.
+ Do you take last minute orders?
Ideally, at least 2 weeks notice is required (and almost always 5-6 days minimum), but, sometimes I do take last minute orders depending on availability.
For such orders, please understand that I may not be able to cater for all of your requirements, like specific florals, toppers, etc.
+ Can I collect?
Deliveries are preferable as when collection schedules are delayed due to late arrivals, there is a knock on effect throughout our working day.
All occasional cakes are delivered between 11am - 1pm. Deliveries for wedding/ large tiered cakes are arranged to suit your requirements.
+ Do you deliver?
Yes, all of our cakes are delivered. We also cover all areas of the UK for coporate deliveries and wedding set-ups (minimum order values apply - please enquire for details).
+ Can I customise flavours?
Here is our full flavour menu. If there are other combination you're excited about and would love to have, please get in touch with details of your flavour request and I will try my best to accommodate you!
+ Can you match my colours?
Yes! We absolutely try our best to match any stationary, swatches, or photos you provide. However, please bare in mind that some colours may differ to those in photos due to the nature of colour in images.
+ Do you have stands available for hire?
Yes, I have various stands available for hire for your event. Hire costs depend on the stand, so please get in touch for prices.
All stands require a security cash deposit, which is refunded once the stands are returned by the agreed time in their original condition.
+ Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes - an enquiry is not a booking. Your order cannot be secured without a deposit or full payment.
Advance bookings (orders placed with more than 4 weeks notice) require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date.
+ Do I need to pay in full?
Orders placed with less than 4 weeks notice will require full payment at the time of ordering.
+ What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Where possible, I can arrange to reschedule your booking, however, all deposits and late orders (orders placed with less than 4 weeks notice) are non-refundable.
I will try my absolute best to accommodate your needs where I can but this will depend on availability.
+ What happens if we go into another lockdown and/or an event is cancelled due to government guidelines?
